Returns & 30-Day Guarantee

VOID comes with a 30-day guarantee. If it isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How it works. Email hello@voidreset.com within 30 days of receiving your order to start a return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we can't process a refund for a return we don't receive.

Condition. Returns should be sent back in good condition with all original components (mask, charging cable, and any included accessories). We understand you'll have tried the product — that's the point of the guarantee — but items returned damaged or incomplete may be subject to a partial refund.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for timing.
