Refund Policy

Refund eligibility. Orders returned within the 30-day guarantee window (see Returns) are eligible for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping was free; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Processing time. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Late or missing refunds. If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary. If you still need help, email hello@voidreset.com.

Non-refundable situations. Return shipping costs and any customs duties already paid are non-refundable. Items returned outside the 30-day window or returned damaged/incomplete may receive a partial refund or none, at our discretion.
